Terms of Service

These terms govern the use of Rolefront (this website) and the Job Stream app for Shopify, both operated by [OPERATOR LEGAL NAME] (“we”). By using either, you agree to them. Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle personal data.

1. What the service is

Rolefront is a free job board. Employers publish jobs through the Job Stream app on their Shopify store; the same jobs are shown here. Candidates can read jobs and send an application, which we forward to the employer. We are not a recruitment agency, we do not screen candidates or employers, and we are not a party to any hiring decision or employment relationship.

2. Employers

  • The app is free. In return, every job you post is automatically published on Rolefront while it is active. You control this by editing, closing or deleting the job in the app; there is no per-job opt-out. If you do not want your jobs on Rolefront, do not use the app.
  • You are responsible for the content of your jobs: it must be accurate, lawful, non-discriminatory and yours to publish. Job posts must be real, currently open positions.
  • You are the controller of the applications you receive and must handle them lawfully.
  • We may remove jobs that violate these terms or the law, or that appear to be spam.

3. Candidates

  • Provide truthful information and only upload files you have the right to share.
  • Do not use the forms for anything other than applying to the job in question (no marketing, scraping, or automated submissions).
  • Your application goes to the employer; we cannot withdraw it on your behalf once forwarded, but you may ask us to delete our copy.

4. Availability, changes, no warranty

The service is provided “as is”. We aim for reliable operation but do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, that a job is still open, or any hiring outcome. We may change or discontinue features, or the service as a whole, with reasonable notice to employers inside the app.

5. Liability

To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, for content posted by employers or candidates, or for the conduct of either. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.

6. Intellectual property

Employers keep the rights to their job content and grant us a licence to display it on Rolefront and on the store where the app is installed. The Rolefront name, design and software are ours.

7. Termination

Employers end the agreement by uninstalling the app; their jobs are unpublished immediately and their data deleted as described in the Privacy Policy. We may suspend accounts that breach these terms.
